What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
We charge a flat rate of R90 for national delivery on all orders in South Africa. As much as we would love to offer free delivery on individual purchases, we unfortunately cannot and we have done our best to subsidise the delivery fee to the greatest extent possible.
Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
We offer a variety of payment methods through the familiar and trusted PayFast interface. We process MasterCard and Visa credit cards, Instant EFT (with SA’s four biggest banks) and Masterpass. Payfast is a third-party payment processor that has the highest security classification for online transactions.You will be redirected to their payment gateway to make payment and will be returned to our site once payment is complete.
How long will delivery take?
We know you will be eagerly awaiting your items, but it may take a few day to arrive. We aim to courier all orders within 7 working days unless it is a customised order. This is dependent on stock availability and design resources at the time of order. Once orders are couriered, you will receive a tracking number with a link to allow you to track your order all the way from us to you! NB: Couriers will deliver your package weekdays between 9am and 5pm so it’s usually best to use your work address for delivery unless you’re at home during the week.
How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?
Bride Squad uses Payfast, a third-party payment processor that has the highest security classification for online transactions.
What exactly happens after ordering?
You will receive a confirmation email. Please note some email providers mark our confirmation emails as spam or block them completely. You can check your spam folder to see if the confirmation email has arrived there. If there is no confirmation email in the spam folder please email email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org and we can confirm that the order was placed and payment received.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes, you will receive an email with an invoice immediately once payment has been made.
Do you ship Internationally
Currently we only ship sales from our website within South Africa. Should you wish to request international delivery, please email us at email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org
